Buffalo C.Wayne + Mary Ann Scot – DIXIE ROCK TOUR
DIXIE ROCK TOUR
“What do you know about Country Music? Does the widespread cliché “COWBOY HATS , BARN DANCE, HILLBILLY , FIDDLE TUNES and H E E H A W ” still match ? Straight from the heart of Texas comes a more contemporary, urbanized, fine blend of Country, Rock, Blues, Swing called NEW OUTLAW or DIXIE ROCK. Music journalist Josh Ward from Austin once described the Buffalo Wayne Show “hot’ n’ spicy” like a Jam Session with ZZ TOP, JOHNNY CASH, MERLE HAGGARD and METALLICA ! It’s ass kickin‘ unbelievable – Must see !
CLICK & WATCH & LISTEN: https://youtu.be/OTpEPeQ3E6M extracts of the DIXIE ROCK SHOW “LIVE” performed by Mary Ann SCOT & Buffalo C. Wayne. Most of the „LIVE on stage experience“ is self- penned, Journalist Daniel Newman from the Bryan/College Station Eagle in Texas explains: “Buffalo C. Wayne isn’t a pioneer in in space or in uncharted jungles; he’s a pioneer of an exiting, modern version of country-rock-music, one of the first to bring it to EUROPE. Wayne has the appeal of being a creative soul…far away from the usual „Country Top 40“ cover bands! Critics might judge his electrifying music genre TOO ROCK FOR COUNTRY…or TOO COUNTRY FOR ROCK’N’ROLL !.. But that’s me, Buffalo says, … I love the band, my female partner MARY ANN SCOT, our audiences and me having maximum fun!” – You can witness some rare extracts from their international tours and mind-blowing concerts in Latvia and Lithuania, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the USA on the NEW 3 hours “LIVE” concert DVD
Mary Ann Scot :
We are five in the band, as the musians would put it four musicians and one singer (thats me) a Belgian based band, formed in 1998, with experienced musicians (i »m not included in that part). Our music is Rock, Pop, Country and Blues, we write our own songs and enjoy sharing our passion with all music lovers.
We are very good humered (thats me, not the musicians)
Buffalo C. Wayne :
BUFFALO C. WAYNE is a singer whose early love of music by southern rockers like the Allman Brothers, Bob Seeger, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the Marshall Tucker Band – as well as that of Merle Haggard, Kris Kristofferson, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr. to be sure – formed his musical identity.
